RETURN & REFUND POLICY
At Tri Tank Corp., we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an eligible item, please review the policy below before sending your return.
RETURN WINDOW
Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, uninstalled, and in its original condition and packaging, when applicable. Items that have been installed, used, modified, damaged, or otherwise altered may not be eligible for a return.
Certain products may be designated as final sale and are not eligible for return. This may include special-order, custom, modified, or other products specifically identified as non-returnable at the time of purchase.
HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN
Please contact Tri Tank Corp. before sending any item back. Include your order number, the item(s) you would like to return, and the reason for the return.
Returns sent without prior authorization may be delayed or refused.
Once your return request is reviewed and approved, we will provide any necessary return instructions.
RETURN SHIPPING
For returns due to a change of mind, ordering the incorrect item, ordering the incorrect quantity, or another reason that is not the result of an error on our part, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
If Tri Tank Corp. shipped the wrong item or the item arrived damaged or defective, please contact us before returning the item. When applicable, Tri Tank Corp. will provide return instructions and may cover the reasonable cost of return shipping.

INSPECTION OF RETURNS
All returned items are subject to inspection upon receipt.
Items must be returned in the condition required under this policy. If an item is returned used, installed, damaged, incomplete, modified, or otherwise not in its original condition, Tri Tank Corp. may reduce or deny the refund to the extent permitted by applicable law.
REFUNDS
Once an approved return is received and inspected, we will process the applicable refund.
Approved refunds will generally be issued to the original payment method.
Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable, except where the return is the result of an error on our part or where otherwise required by applicable law.
Please allow your payment provider additional processing time after Tri Tank Corp. issues the refund.
EXCHANGES
If you received an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, please contact us before returning the item. We will work with you to determine the appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, exchange, or refund when applicable.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Orders may be cancelled only before they have been fulfilled or shipped.
Once an order has been fulfilled or shipped, it may no longer be eligible for cancellation and may instead be subject to the return policy above.
